I have wanted to buy a facial cleanser for some time now, but being the procrastinator that I am, I kept on saying I will get it tomorrow and tomorrow never came! Now I have it, so its better later then never I suppose.

I was specifically looking for a facial cleanser to enhance my man grooming routine. So after doing some research and looking at other products, I decided that the FOREO LUNA 2 for Men was ideal for me.

I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it because there is nothing typical about the way it looks. You would expect it to look like an electric shaver or something; instead it has the appearance of an egg! How authentic. It’s not cheap, so if you are looking for a bargain this is not the product for you I’m afraid. However, if you are looking for a good investment, I would highly recommend the FOREO LUNA!

The FOREO LUNA is a 3-in-1 facial cleanser as well as an anti-aging and pre-shaving device. According to my research it makes 8,000 pulses per second which means that it really works to get under the skin and penetrate it deeply. The front part unclogs pores removing dirt, oil and dead skin cells. This also helps to get the skin ready for a closer and smoother shave. The back of the cleanser pulses at a reduced frequency which helps to get rid of wrinkles and lines in the face. I’m still in my twenties so that part doesn’t really appeal to me, but I’m sure it works just fine.

It’s simple to use, just coat your face in your cleanser and moisten the Luna with water, press a button and it does the rest. The pulses pause every fifteen seconds so that you can move to another area of your face. You only need to use it for one minute for the cleansing, but it’s longer for the anti-aging process.

The FOREO LUNA has several features that makes it superior to other products. One of them is that the bristles are silicone which means you will never have to change them. The silicone also means that it is resistant to bacteria so your skin can really get the deep cleanse that it needs. The Luna is also completely waterproof so you can conveniently use it in the shower.

I have only been using the device for a couple of weeks, but I have seen a real turn around in the overall condition of my skin. I will be honest, I have never had bad skin, I am just a really vain male! I don’t think there is anything wrong with enhancing your skin tone; I can definitely say that my skin feels a lot cleaner and smoother. One thing that I am big on is that I have a nice smooth shave, and this has really improved my shaving experience. One thing that I have noticed is that I no longer get any irritation or razor burn, which is defiantly a thumbs up!

I have been talking about this everywhere I go, and actively encouraging men to use it even if it is just for a smoother shaving experience. Men are always a bit closed when it comes to grooming because it is seen as not being very masculine, I clearly don’t buy into that. If you want to improve the overall quality of your skin, I would highly recommend the Foreo Luna. This is the best investment I have made in a skin product in a long time!
