Perfect Plants for the Pad

Why bother with Apartment Plants?

Besides providing you with cleaner air (thanks photosynthesis), plants also spruce (see what I did there?) up your home. Most men don't mess with having too many, or any, plants. And while that practice may be fine with most of you, remember that there are plenty of species out there that have an interesting aesthetic which can really add to a room and also require minimal upkeep and care. The implications of this: you can improve the appearance of your apartment with a very marginal effort.

Keep in mind:

When shopping for a green friend, research whether or not your home has the proper conditions and if you can provide the appropriate care for said plant.

Each species of plant has different needs for sunlight, water, temperature, and humidity.

The same species can vary vastly in size, from suitable for a desk to several feet tall in the backyard.
